Man, I wish we had your production values. And humor. Gotta remember to pick up some of that...

On a more serious note: It's not funny to make fun of Tom Cruise fingering the sphincters of crash victims. Crash-Scene Emergency Sphincterology (CSES) has been proven to help focus a disoriented and stunned victim's mind and propel them into action. Plus you get a stinky digit. Everybody wins!
